The Apaches Candy Wai (3) will play Arina Babenko(1) from Cowley College(KS) for the Flight 2 Singles championship on Wednesday morning at 8:00 am at Murphy Tennis Center, court 1.

The Apaches Beyza Yaniklar(3) will play Sanna Schoormans(1) from Hillsborough CC(FL) for the Flight 5 championship on Murphy court 3 at 8:00 am and the Apaches Flight 1 doubles team of Candy Wai/Natalia Michta(3) will face off with Arina Babenko/Yerkezhan Arystanbekova(4) from Cowley at 11:00 am tomorrow.

The TJC Apache Ladies are third after the fourth day of the NJCAA Division I Women's National Tennis Tournament being held at the Joann Medlock Murphy Tennis Center in Tyler.

Tyler Junior College has two singles players and a doubles team who will play for national title during Wednesday's final day of the tourney.

JC Candy Wai, the No. 3 seed, will play No. 1 seed Arina Babenko of Cowley (Kansas) for the Flight 2 singles championship at 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Apache Lady and No. 3 seed Beyza Yaniklar will play No. 1 seed Sanna Schoormans of Hillsborough (Florida) for the Flight 5 singles championship at 8 a.m.

In Flight 1 doubles, the TJC team of Wai and Natalia Michta, the No. 3 seeds, will take on No. 4 seeds Babenko and Yerkezhan Arystanbekova of Cowley at 11 a.m.

Cowley continues to lead the tourney with 44 points, two points ahead of defending national champion Hillsborough (Florida) after Tuesday's play. TJC is third with 38 points. The Apache Ladies are followed by St. Petersburg (32) and Eastern Florida State (30).

Rounding out the top 10 are: 6, Seward (Kansas), 25.5; T7, Jones (Mississippi), 23; T7, Barton (Kansas), 23; T9, Meridian (Mississippi), 17; and T9, Wallace State (Alabama), 17.

Jacksonville College is tied for 18th with 10 points. There are 30 teams competing.

FLIGHT 1

No. 1 Arystanbekova will face No. 2 Catherine Goldman of Hillsborough in the final at 8 a.m.

Arystanbekova won her semifinal match over No. 5 seed Luciana Braga of Barton, 6-1, 6-0.

TJC's Michta, the third seed, lost a tough three-setter in the semifinals to Goldman, 3-6, 7-6 (8), 6-3.

FLIGHT 2

Wai won her semifinal match over No. 2 seed Paula Cabrer of Hillsborough, 6-3, 6-1.

Babenko defeated No. 4 Rima Yoshida of St. Petersburg, 6-2, 6-0.

No. 1 seed Serena Pereyra of Cowley will play No. 2 seed Rocio Martinez of Hillsborough in the final at 8 a.m.

Pereyra defeated St. Petersburg's Alessia Ciampi, 6-0, 6-0, in the semifinals.

Martinez defeated No. 6 seed Ana Isabela Serrano of Seward, 6-4, 6-3.

FLIGHT 4

Top seed Yoana Dudova of Hillsborough will play No. 2 seed Akari Tomoyose of Cowley in the final at 8 a.m.

Dudova defeated No. 4 Maria Gento of Eastern Florida State in the semifinals, 6-1, 6-4.

Tomoyose scored a 7-6 (3), 6-1 win over Tyler's Amelia Devlin in the other semifinal.

FLIGHT 5

TJC's Yaniklar, the third seed, will play No. Schoormans, of Hillsborugh in the final.

Yaniklar won her semifinal match over No. 2 seed Zuzanna Wikowska of Cowley, 6-3, 6-4.

Schoormans defeated No. 5 Ai Katsua of St. Petersburg, 6-1, 6-1.

FLIGHT 6

No. 1 seed Adeola Greatorex of Hillsborough will play No. 2 seed Mariana Jimenez of Cowley in the final.

Jimenez won over Tyler's Stephanie Gopar, the No. 3 seed, 6-2, 6-4.

Greatorex defeated No. 4 Kyoka Ueno of St. Petersburg, 6-1, 6-0.
