Apache Men's & Women's Tennis have good weekend at SW JUCO
Head Coach Dash Connell on the Apache Men's and Women's Tennis performances at Southwest Juco tournament in Plano this weekend:
The Southwest JUCO was a very valuable event for us again. We saw some great improvements of some things we have been working on and we also saw some new things we need to adjust. Super proud with the effort of both teams and where we are at right now.
Natalia Michta had a good weekend winning the top spot for women's singles and she teamed up with Candy Wai to also win the top doubles flight. Their confidence has been doing really well lately.
Dan Persson stood out the most on the men's side winning flight 4 with only losing 7 games total. Him and partner, Doni Gashi, also won the 2nd flight of doubles handily.
