Sam Roddenhof

#24-Freshman-Midfielder-Arnhem, The Netherlands-Thomas a. Kempis

Sam Roddenhoff is a freshman that hails from Arnhem, The Netherlands. She played in 20 games, while starting 18 games. She had 12 goals and dished out 12 assists while being a player who could play multiple positions. She made good contributions at all positions and had an impact on the team from the very start. The work she put in during training and on her own helped her find major success in her first year as a Lady Apache.

Head women's Coach Corey Rose on Sam Roddenhof:

"Sam is a talented soccer player. She is Dutch and has an immense passion for the game. Constantly training on her own to get better. Definitely deserving of this award."

Miki Hayashi

#11-Freshman-Midfielder-Fujiedacity, Japan-Fujieda Junshin High School

Miki Hayashi is a freshman from Fujiedacity, Japan. She played in 20 games, while starting 19 of those games for us. She was a force in the central midfield who could score from long range or dish out a crafty assist. Miki was consistent all year with her hard work, her play, and her ability to win big tackles for us while starting our attack. She set the standard for consistent play this season, which also helped lead to her success as an individual and our success as a team. She definitely made her presence known in her first year as a Lady Apache.

Head women's Coach Corey Rose on Miki Hayashi:

"Miki Hayashi is a technical wizard on the ball. She can make defenders look silly. She is so calm on the ball, which comes from hours and hours of individual time with the ball. Very deserving of the award."

Gabrielle Wiebe

#2-Sophomore-Defender-Tyler, Texas-Robert E. Lee High School

Gabrielle Wiebe is a sophomore defender from Tyler, Texas. She was a leader from day one and helped continue the standard of our core values on and off the field. She played in 20 games, while starting all 20 and had a goal and an assist. She a mainstay on our back line helping us to 9 shutouts this season.  Gabrielle maintains a 4.0 GPA off the field. She will be continuing her playing career at UT-Tyler. We are excited to see what she accomplishes at the next level.

Head women's Coach Corey Rose on Gabrielle Wiebe:

"Gabrielle is so special to us and the TJC soccer family. She has been thru so much and to get back to All American status is a testament to her passion and heart!! She would run thru a brick wall if it meant she had a shot to win a Championship. She will be difficult to replace!"

Head women's Coach Corey Rose on all three and the team's accomplishments:

"All three of these girls shine in the classroom too. They work as hard off the field as they do on the field."

"The coaches, the team, and TJC should be proud of the accomplishments of this group."
