Bio

Leah Davis joined Tyler Junior College as the Athletics Coordinator in October of 2025.

A native of Canton, Texas, Davis comes to TJC after earning her Master’s in Sport Management from Baylor University and her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a focus in Business Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. In her previous roles, Davis gained hands-on experience in educational leadership, event coordination, and organizational strategies at the Division I and II collegiate levels.

Prior to joining TJC, Davis built a strong foundation in creating meaningful experiences for student-athletes while developing efficient, organized operations behind the scenes. She also contributed to program growth through teamwork, discipline, and strategic planning.

Davis brings to Tyler Junior College a strong background in sport management, operations, and student-athlete development, along with a deep passion for fostering growth, teamwork, and positive impact within every organization she serves.
