TJC drops game to Centenary JV in eighth inning
Tyler Junior College, ranked No. 2 in NJCAA Division III, opened its home season on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
The Apaches scored first, but Centenary JV plated the next three runs as the Gents downed the Apaches, 3-1, in eight innings at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Mike Carter Field in Tyler.
The Apaches lost a nine-inning game 10-9 to Paris Junior College in the nightcap.
